In addition to the Primary Consultant, we assign secondary and tertiary Consultants to each customer. Knowledge sharing actively takes place throughout these dedicated teams, ensuring that – if the primary Consultant is unavailable – there will not be any degradation of service levels.

Your Onsite Consultant will have an intimate knowledge of your IT infrastructure, and will build a rapport with your users so they’ll always know who to turn to for any issues or requests.
